Services Offered
The personal training services offered on this website are provided by VIGANO Personal Training, a qualified and certified trainer based in and around Zurich, Switzerland as well as online.

1. Payment
   All personal training sessions must be paid for in advance. Payments can be made by bank transfers or by TWINT.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
   Clients may cancel their personal training session up to 5 hours in advance without penalty. If a client cancels a session with less than 5 hours' notice, the session will be fully charged. Exceptions may apply in individual cases.

3. Validity of Paid Sessions
   All paid personal training sessions must be used within six months of the purchase date. After six months, any unused sessions will expire and will not be refunded or transferred. You can apply for an extension of the validity of your sessions via email. This will be judged on a case by case basis.

4. Minors
   Clients under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using personal training services. Their parent or legal guardian must read and consent to these terms and conditions for them.

5. Liability and Insurance
   Clients are responsible for their own health and well-being during personal training sessions. VIGANO Personal Training is not responsible for any injuries or medical conditions that may arise during or after the session. Clients are advised to have their own medical insurance.

6. Health Requirements
   Clients have a duty to inform VIGANO Personal Training before their first training session about any known health related issues, temporary or otherwise. Should a client withhold this information, VIGANO Personal Training cannot be held responsible for adverse health effects or outcomes that may arise during or after the session.

7. Termination of Services
   VIGANO Personal Training reserves the right to terminate personal training services for any client who behaves inappropriately or disruptively during a session. No refunds will be given in such cases.

8. Privacy Policy
   Any personal information collected by this website will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of providing personal training services.

9. Amendments
   VIGANO Personal Training reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through the website.
